Section Length
Produced in a standard 3m length format, this unit comprises body, cover, section coupler and associated fixings.
System Fittings
Designed as complete assemblies comprising body, cover and integral segregation pieces. The normal range of fittings comprises Flat Bend, Flat Tee and Flat 4 way. All units produced in a gusset format for ease of installation.
Riser Bend
Provided for interconnect system to supply source or skirting trunking system.
Header Box
Manufactured in a universal format, the unit is designed to fast fit to Section Length in any location, and is pierced on all sides to accept incoming Ø20mm flexible conduit connection.
End Flange Set
Supplied as a general fixing angle, to interconnect to a range of items.
End Cap
To properly terminate the Section Length where required.
Aitkens cavity floor trunking is produced from pre-coatedgalvanised sheet steel in various section sizes, as shownabove, sub-divided into equal segregated compartments.
The system is designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 50085-2 : 2005, from steel in accordance with BS EN 10327 : 2004 , developed to offer an economical product group complete with a comprehensive range of purpose designed fittings to meet the most complex of user requirements.
Featured within the system is a totally flexible header box unit which can be easily located in any position throughout the system, utilising quarter turn fixing devices.
